Skin and Stone Editorial

Skin and Stone is an editorial photoshoot inspired by Baroque artist, Caravaggio. I drew styling inspiration from the story behind his piece, Judith Beheading Holofernes. In the story, a townswoman under occupation seduces a warring general before beheading him with his own blade in an act of raw heroism. The styling is seductive yet graceful, powerful yet feminine.
